We have no affiliations with real estate agents or real estate
companies. We do not make repairs or offer remodeling services. We are
designed to be an impartial, independant company who is totally dedicated to your
needs. Our company is fully insured and licensed to perform inspections
in both Connecticut and New York State.
At
Above Grade Home Inspections we encourage our clients
to participate
in the inspection process from beginning to end. We want to share our
knowledge because the knowledge we provide to our clients can put them
in control by increasing confidence in their decision and negotiations.
We are keenly aware that buying or marketing a home
is one of
the most important and difficult investments anyone can make. Our home
inspection report will
help the client keep things in perspective and separate the serious
from the not
so serious. Follow up does not end after the initial inspection; All
Above Grade
home inspections offer complementary telephone consultations to its
clients
after the inspection is over.
When
you hire Above Grade Home Inspection Services you are hireing a fully insured, certified &
licensed inspector who not
only evaluates the condition of the home’s major systems and structure
but also
evaluates how these systems are working together. He will identify
areas that
need to be watched, further evaluated, repaired or replaced. Your
interests are our interests before, during and after the inspection. We
provide you with a comprehensive, fair, independent and objective
evaluation. Our reports are available by e-mail and will be ready for your review with-in
a few hours after the inspection. The inspection report uses a
narrative format and features digital photos of the highlighted areas
along
with a seperate summary section listing the action items found during the
inspection.
